Thanks to the groundwork of edwardgeorge the MaxMSP and SuperCollider versions of the popular Mutable Instruments Plaits module now contain the additional synth engines from the orange mode. These were added to the original module just before Émilie Gillet decided to stop her development work. The orange mode adds another 8 synth-engines, among those are 3 six-operator FM synths, a nice string-emulation synth and a chiptune engine.

The updated vb.mi.plts~ object for MaxMSP can be found in the vb.mi-objects package and the MiPlaits UGen for SuperCollider is part of the mi-UGens (release page on GitHub, starting with version v.0.0.9)
